• Provide recommendations and general guidance for smooth functioning of IR governance.
• Zero matter in litigation and awareness of basic labor laws to all interfaces
• Ensure the plant site is in compliance with applicable labor laws, relevant government regulations
• To identify, escalate and mitigate the potential threat / risk to the industrial peace
• Conduct quarterly industrial relations’ audits of all service providers and address the compliance of applicable labor laws and industrial relations practices
• Deal and maintain grievance/complaint handling procedure/matters at EPQL site
• Regulatory compliance & follow ups with all service providers
• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable legal requirements, stay current to manage successful inspections and visits of labor and other government departments.
• To upkeep all relevant IR records (i.e. EOBI/SESSI/GLI/court cases/Employee Data of SPs)
